  1. Tell us what you need

    Send an enquiry and choose one of our five automations, or describe your own idea.

    It doesn't have to be a perfect explanation. A few sentences are enough to start.

  2. We review your workflow

    We send you a short questionnaire about your current process, the tools you use and what you'd like to automate. Custom projects get a more detailed one.

    We then look at technical feasibility, the integrations involved, complexity and any limitations. If something isn't practical, we'll tell you.

  3. We agree on the solution

    On a call, we explain how the automation would work, which tools are involved, what's included and what may need extra work, with an estimated timeline and price.

    If you're happy, you receive a proposal and agreement. Work starts once you've approved it and the agreed initial payment has been made. We then send a checklist of what we need for the installation.

  4. We build and test

    We configure the automation for your tools and requirements, adapting one of our workflow templates or building a new one.

    Every automation is tested against your actual setup before delivery.

  5. You receive your automation

    We deliver the working automation in your own n8n environment, with documentation, basic usage instructions and an explanation of how to manage it and any relevant limitations.

    The remaining payment and any support period are set out in your agreement.

No unnecessary extras.

We won't recommend a complicated system if a simple one will do.

And if your process isn't a good candidate for automation, we'd rather explain why than sell you something you don't need.

We never ask for passwords or API keys through the website. Access is arranged separately, after the agreement, as part of the installation checklist.
