No, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Some tools don't support the required integrations. Other processes involve decisions that are better left to people.

We send you a short questionnaire about your process and tools. After reviewing your answers, we arrange a call to discuss the proposed solution, timeline and price.

If you'd like to go ahead, you receive a proposal and agreement to approve. There's no obligation before that.

Our five ready-made automations have starting prices from €349 to €449, depending on the solution. Custom automations are quoted individually.

Your final price depends on the tools and integrations, workflow complexity and any extra functionality. We confirm it after reviewing your requirements.

Yes. Our prices are for a one-time implementation, not a monthly subscription to Lessmint.

No. Subscriptions for n8n and any other connected tools are separate and paid directly to those providers.

We'll flag expected third-party costs before you approve the project.

Payment terms are set out in your proposal and agreement. An agreed initial payment is made before development starts, and the remaining payment follows as agreed.

Automations depend on the tools they connect to, so a change on their side, such as an API update or changed permissions, can affect a workflow.

Any support period after delivery is defined in your agreement. Outside that, fixes or updates can be discussed as separate work.

Your automation is delivered in your own n8n environment and connected to your accounts, so you keep control of it there.

Rights to the delivered workflow are set out in your agreement, and third-party services remain subject to their own terms.
